We service what we install, backed up by a professionally staffed Service Department. Service contracts are available for both residential and commercial installations.
Maintenance and Service
Contracts are tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Prior to summer and winter we perform equipment changeovers. At this time, a thorough performance evaluation of the heating or cooling section is completed to determine the integrity of the equipment. This ensures that your HVAC equipment is ready to handle the upcoming change in weather.
Contract work includes:
- Changing Air Filters
- Replacing Belts As Necessary
- Greasing Bearings
- Cleaning Coils As Necessary
- Performing System Tests
- Providing Written Reports
